I have installed Tube 2 but have
no start icon.
If you have no start icon for the application please ensure you have installed
the Tube 2 engine as well as the map package, Click here to

How do I install the demo or full versions of
your software.?
Tube 2 comes in 2 parts the (free) Tube 2 engine and the Tube 2 map package,
please ensure you have downloaded both packs (zip files).
The zip files that you download should first be unzipped
(uncompressed) on your desktop PC by using an unzipping program such
as Winzip.
If you do not have winzip it can be downloaded from here:-
http://www.winzip.com
1) Create a folder called Tube on your desktop pc and extract all
the .sis into this folder
2) Place your phone in its cradle or connect the sync cable.
3) Go to the folder Tube check the contents and then double click
the tube2.sis file from your download. This should start the Sony
Ericsson software installer.
4) Repeat the above step installing all the map .sis files from your
downloads.
Note:- You must install all the sis files to the same drive (c: or
d:) we recommend that you install all to d:
After install, if you cannot see the application or any of the maps
try cycling the device power off /on

How do I uninstall
the software ?
1) Cycle the power off /on on your phone.
2) Go to:- Applications program Applications->Uninstall command? you
should see a list of tube files ~ delete all.

You must install all the sis files to the same drive (c: or d:) else
you may not see the application or all of the maps in the 'Select
Map' screen. We recommend that you install all to d:
1) Cycle the power off /on on your phone.
2) Uninstall tube fully from your phone ~ Applications program
Applications->Uninstall command? you should see a list of tube files
~ delete all.
3) Install the tube2.sis file from your download.
4) Install all the map .sis files from your downloads.
5) Ensure all the sis files get installed to the D: drive.
After install, if you cannot see the application or any of the maps
try cycling the power off /on again.

How do I get updated maps
packs for Tube 2 ?
Updates are free of charge for 2 years after purchase (on the same platform).
You should receive an email whenever a updated map pack is available
for your Tube 2 city, the details of how to download the update will be included
in this email. If you have not received an email when an update has been
released please contact sales@visualit.co.uk with your purchase
details.

the map and a popup window will give you information on
that station and allow you to plan trips to and from it.
