Registration

Whenever you purchase any of our software that requires registration you will find in the sales receipt email a 5 digit serial or unlock code for the software.
PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL FULLY.

See below for common problems on the device / software you have:-


Symbian OS Phones

The software unlock codes on these applications are based on the IMEI number of your device. This number and correct format to use can be found displayed in the register screen of the application. The most common problem is an incorrect unlock code being issued due to entering your IMEI number incorrectly, either when purchasing or on the web form. Please check you have entered the IMEI exactly as it is displayed in the registration screen of the application. A new code can be obtained by emailing support@visualit.co.uk please supply the exact IMEI including dashes, the application name & version number you have installed and a copy of your sales receipt email.


Pocket PC or MS Smartphones

The software unlock codes on these applications are based on the 'Owner name' of your Pocket PC or Smartphone. Most common problem is due to, failing to enter or entering incorrectly this name when purchasing or registering and an incorrect unlock code being issued. This name can be found displayed in the register screen of the application.

Some common problems:-

1) The owner name is case sensitive, so please check you have supplied the name as it is displayed in the register window of the application.
2) Please also check your owner name does not have extra spaces at either end and/or does not have two spaces between your first and second names.
3) If problems persists Go to Start Menu ~ Settings ~ Owner Information and completely erase the 'Name' field and re type in.
Then try the register again with the previously supplied unlock code.
A new code can be obtained by emailing support@visualit.co.uk please supply your exact owner name, the application name & version number you have installed and a copy of your sales receipt email.


Palm OS devices

The software unlock codes on these applications are based on the 'HotSync ID' of your Palm device Most common problem is due to, failing to enter or entering incorrectly this name when purchasing or registering and an incorrect unlock code being issued. This name can be found displayed in the register screen of the application.

Some common problems:-

1) The 'HotSync ID' is case sensitive, so please check you have supplied the name as it is displayed in the register window of the application.
2) Please also check your HotSync ID does not have extra spaces at either end and/or does not have 2 spaces between your first and second names.
3) If problems persists erase your HotSync ID and re type in.
Then try the register again with the previously supplied unlock code.
A new code can be obtained by emailing support@visualit.co.uk please supply your exact hotsync id, the application name & version number you have installed and a copy of your sales receipt email.


Blackberry devices

The software unlock codes on these applications are based on the unique 'Pin' of your Blackberry device Most common problem is failing to enter correctly this Pin when purchasing and an incorrect serial / unlock code being issued.
You can find your correct Pin in the register screen of the application or to retrieve on your phone go to:

In the Home screen on your Blackberry, scroll to the OPTIONS icon and click it.
The Device Options screen appears. Scroll to Status and click it.
In the Status screen, scroll to the PIN
.
The Pin is an 8 digit Alpha numeric number. Note, letters should be entered upper case.

A new code can be obtained by emailing support@visualit.co.uk please supply your exact hotsync id, the application name & version number you have installed and a copy of your sales receipt email.
